The project deals with the restoration of a charming old brick factory, converted in a residential block.Â
The basic aim was to preserve the old complex, particularly the original and most considerable buildings, in term of architecture and typology.Â
Along with the renovation and the adaptive re-use of existing volumes, new residential buildings raised: technologies and building materials are new, but they perfectly match the industrial archeology of the surrounding.
