The work is
located in San Giovanni Valdarno within a housing settlement included in the
general urban plan. The design, according to masterplan prescription, developed
roads, parking, green areas and a cycling lane. Five semidetached houses in
total has been constructed in the plot.Â
Every housing units has got 2 storeys and a basement for parking.
Construction materials are taken from building tradition: plaster surface,
smooth or lined, and vertical lines made of brick make the rhythm of geometries
and volumes.
