This inspirational setting serves as the studio's modus operandi: the drive for research and creative innovation, which defines the best made-in-Italy tradition on a global scale. and the awareness and internalization of the lesson of those who preceded us.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

We have developed a specific service for construction and furniture companies which provides:

DESIGN ASSISTANCE IN THE DESIGN PHASE

We have developed a specific service for architecture and design studios which provide:

Feasability studies

We support the client in real estate research, due diligence, technical and economic feasibility studies

Integrated Engineering Services

We deal with the integrated design of architecture, structure and systems at BIM service for corporate customers, architectural firms and construction companies

preliminary, final and EXECUTION PLANNING PHASE

We take care of the preliminary integrated design and construction and the final execution.

Tender management

We develop preliminary and technical drawings required for the tender phase, including estimated metric calculations and technical specifications

Project management

We accompany and guide clients from conception to delivery of projects, supporting them throughout in the choice of professionals, in the coordination of the project, in the selection of suppliers as well as in the Hand Over and Post-Hand Over phases

Construction management

We coordinate workers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation within the timeframe and costs established by the project management team


BIM (Building information modeling)

All projects are developed in BIM and all our employees are BIM professionals. We have developed models up to LOD 450 to meet some of the most stringent customer demands

Sustainability

We work to ensure the sustainability of the project with architectural and energy-saving measures in mind
