GPA has a team of around 70 specialists, including engineers, architects, structural and systems designers, BIM coordinators, BIM managers, BIM specialists, designers and 3D artists. In short, all the professions needed to handle large-scale projects and provide clients with tailored services managed by dedicated teams.
Our services
Integrated Design
Using BIM methodology, we provide integrated design services covering the structural, systems and architectural aspects of a project. This involves ensuring levels of interoperability that enable all useful information, in every phase of design, to be integrated into a single model.
Project Management
Our project management services are designed to coordinate people and manage resources in such a way as to achieve objectives on time and assist the client in every phase of the project, from concept to hand-over.
Construction Management
We are able to leverage our extensive experience in construction management and safety coordination, also on conservative renovation sites. We guarantee coordination and technical, accounting and administrative supervision to ensure proper execution in conformity with the approved project.
GPA for public construction
We carefully monitor new public construction initiatives
through our Tendering Office. The drafting of technical
bids for tendering, competition and integrated contracting
processes is currently one of GPA Partners’
primary activities in fact.
