GPA continues its commitment to enhancing local communities with a new redevelopment project, this time in Rignano sull’Arno.
Our executive project for the restoration of the former farmhouse in the Pian dell’Isola area has been approved—a building long abandoned that will be transformed into a multifunctional hub dedicated to the community.
The new facility will include:
-Co-working spaces
-Refreshment areas
-Spaces for training and meetings
-Local events and initiatives
-Facilities for associations and local businesses
The administration aims to begin the project by 2025—another concrete step toward creating more livable, inclusive, and collaborative cities!
